Pablo has been a part of the volleyball community for close to 40 years.  He coached  boys volleyball at Miramonte and Campolindo High Schools.  Then on to St. Mary’s College where he was the Club Men’s Coach, during that same time he coached at  Sport Health Volleyball Club, one of the best clubs in the San Francisco bay area, for Club Director Steve Suttich, 3 time National Champion At UCLA, and Ron Larson, former men’s Olympic assistant coach.  Pablo also was an assistant coach at Diablo Valley College.  He decided to start his own Club and Became Founder of Diablo Valley Volleyball Club.  During his time as Director at Diablo Valley, he had up to 10 Boys Teams and 12 girl’s teams, and developed one Men’s National Team player and 3 international players, and had over 100 boys and girls go on to play college ball.  In Palm Springs, he coached at Palm Springs High School where they went undefeated for two years and were Section Champions both years.  Pablo moved to Orange County and coached for the famous Orange County Volleyball Club 14 Division and that team took Second in the Volleyball Festival in Davis California.  He moved to Sacramento to be an assistant Club Director and 16-1 coach for Force Volleyball Club his 16-1 team that year took fourth in the Northern California Power Division.

He Moved to The Redding area, coaching the  junior varsity team at Enterprise High School and helped Mike Hayworth's varsity squad to two section titles in three years, he then took the Varsity Job at Anderson High School.  He started what would become the North State Volleyball Academy in 2004.  He has grown the club to up to 13 teams per year and has helped over 120 north state players to play at the college level, and has had two professional players graduate from his club.  He was also the Assistant Coach at Shasta college, and has been the Foothill High School Varsity Volleyball Coach since 2017 taking his team to three league titles and four section titles.

Pablo played indoor volleyball at Los Medanos College, was a AA rated outdoor player and a AA rated setter in the Northern California Volleyball

 Association Adult Region.
